Our Leadership
John Agathon
Senior Partner and Chief Executive Officer
John Agathon Jr. founded Atron Solutions in December 2012 and currently serves as Senior Partner and Chief Executive Officer. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, John began his career in sales and sales management, quickly discovering his passion for the telecommunications industry. Over the past 30 years, he has established himself as a subject matter expert, leveraging his expertise to cultivate strong client relationships—the foundation of any successful business. John believes that a company’s strength lies in its ability to nurture and support its customers, a principle that continues to guide his leadership at Atron Solutions. Outside of work, John enjoys traveling both domestically and internationally, as well as spending quality time with family and friends. His interests include genealogy, music, and anything that involves being on or around the water.
Kay Mancill
Chief Financial Officer
Kay is the Chief Financial Officer at Atron Solutions, a company she co-founded with John in December 2012. A proud Texan, Kay was born in Galveston and has called the north side of Houston home since 1985. She graduated from the University of Houston in 1983 with a degree in accounting and brings over 35 years of expertise from her work with renowned companies like Siemens and GE. Kay’s commitment to deadlines and consistency with smooth, efficient service makes her an invaluable member of the Atron Solutions team. Outside of work, she’s an active member of her church, constantly challenging herself with new milestones on her Peloton, and most importantly, spending time with her granddaughter and spoiling her two adorable miniature Dachshunds with all the love and care they deserve.
Robert Agathon
President and Chief Revenue Officer
Robert Agathon joined Atron in August 2021 and currently serves as Senior Advisor, as well as a key member of the Leadership Team. In addition to these roles, Rob holds the titles of President and Chief Revenue Officer. With a wealth of experience in executive sales leadership positions across the Print Communications, Manufacturing, and Technology sectors, Rob brings valuable insights to Atron Solutions. He leverages his professional background and experience, along with his degrees from the University of Texas-Austin, to inspire and drive the Sales team. Outside of work, Rob is a passionate sports fan, enjoying everything from golf and tennis to NFL and college football, which regularly make an appearance on his TV during his limited free time. Rob is also deeply committed to mentoring at Atron Solutions, and he credits his success to his loyalty and attention to detail.

Charles Conner
Provisioning Manager
John “Charles” Agathon III is the Provisioning Manager at Atron Solutions, a role he has held since 2017. A proud native of the greater Houston area, Charles earned his degree from Sam Houston State University. With over 11 years of experience in the Managed Service Provider sector, complemented by a decade of expertise in the service industry. Charles brings a unique blend of customer relations and business acumen to his team. Outside of work, Charles is a dedicated father to a lively 3-year-old daughter. When he’s not fulfilling his fatherly duties, he enjoys diving into PC gaming, binge-watching movies, and exploring thought-provoking Netflix documentaries. Charles, an outdoor enthusiast, believes that lake time is the best time.
Lance Schueneman
Operations Manager
Lance is the Operations Manager at Atron Solutions since 2021. Lance is a lifelong Houston area native and now calls Conroe home. In this role, he supports the day-to-day activities of the company including service delivery, accounting and manages Atron’s internal systems. Lance began his career in telecommunications in 2005 at a small ISP in Houston where he first met John, Atron’s founder. Well versed in many areas of small telecom businesses, Lance understands the customer experience is paramount to a good relationship between Atron and our customers. In his spare time, Lance enjoys exploring the variety of cuisines that Houston offers, travelling with his wife and racing remote controlled cars.
Cassandra Laudon
Director of Finance and Accounting
Cassandra is the Director of Finance and Accounting at Atron Solutions since 2021. Born in California and raised in Texas, she brings over 15 years of expertise in accounting for the IT and telecommunications industry. Cassandra uses these years of experience to help guide clients through billing related questions, showing dedication and concern for each of Atron Solutions clients. She attributes her success to building strong relationships within the office, as well. Outside of work, she finds the most rejuvenation in spending time with her three teenagers. When she’s not crunching numbers, you can find her embracing the outdoors—camping, mudding, hunting, and exploring nature.
Samantha Bivens
Client Success Manager
Samantha is the Client Success Manager at Atron Solutions, joining the team in 2024. A lifelong resident of Texas, Samantha grew up in Houston and Cypress before pursuing her studies at Texas State University in San Marcos. With over 11 years of experience in the mortgage industry, primarily in Secondary Marketing, Samantha brings a wealth of expertise and a keen understanding of client relationships to her role. Her passion for delivering outstanding client experiences and ensuring seamless service has made her an asset to the Atron Solutions team. Outside of work, Samantha is an avid cook and baker, even testing her culinary skills by auditioning for MasterChef in 2021. Samantha enjoys exploring new flavors and perfecting her recipes when she’s not working or experimenting in the kitchen.
Dusty Thomas
Network Operations Center Manager
Dusty is the Network Operations Center Manager at Atron Solutions, working with the company since 2017, and officially a full-time team member since 2021. Originally from rural southwest Missouri, Dusty brings a wealth of experience in customer service, phone, and internet support, with a career that began in 2004. Outside of work, Dusty and his family are passionate, lifelong Kansas City Chiefs fans, with cherished memories of attending games since 2007. When he’s not tailgating with fellow fans, Dusty enjoys unwinding with a good book or listening to his favorite music.
Mike Boren
Lead Network Engineer
Mike Boren is the Lead Network Engineer at Atron Solutions, where his entrepreneurial drive led him to build a small dial-up ISP before expanding into various telecommunications and networking roles in the mid-1990s. A founding team member of Atron Solutions, Mike has been with the company since day one. Outside of work, he enjoys tackling hands-on projects, from woodworking and metalworking to electrical, mechanical, and automotive endeavors, bringing his knack for building network solutions into all aspects of his work.
Greg Morris
Field Services Manager
Greg Morris is a Texas resident of 30 years, originally from Platteville, WI. He pursued his studies at the University of Wisconsin–Platteville. With over three decades of experience in computer networking, disaster recovery, hardware design, and field services, Greg brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. His deep understanding of client relationships, coupled with a passion for providing exceptional service, has made him an invaluable member of the Atron Solutions team. Outside of work, Greg enjoys cooking and hitting the road on his motorcycle.
